All of our NAC web servers are housed in climate
controlled data centers with backup power supplies and multiple redundant
connections to multiple backbone providers. Each server has access to no
less than 135Mb/Sec of bandwidth at any given time.
Network
infrastructure is maintained by the NAC Network Operations Center (NOC)
in Parsippany, NJ, which is staffed by experienced
technicians, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The NAC Data Center
is a multi-million dollar facility and represents the best-of-class in
data center technology. Leveraging on NAC's
massive investment in infrastructure, Humphrey Technology has been cash
flow positive from day one.

Our
security is managed by: closed circuit video monitoring, card readers,
biometric scanners, firewalls and 24x7 human monitoring. These systems work
to ensure that your data is always safe and secure.

NAC
utilizes top-grade network hardware and equipment from industry leading
vendors such as Cisco and Lucent. Technicians work around the clock to
ensure that all systems run efficiently and smoothly.

The
NAC network is one of the largest and most fault-tolerant networks in the
region. Connections to multiple backbone providers, and peering with many
carriers on a regional and international basis, allows for easy access to
remote networks even if a Network Access Point may become unhealthy, or
when a specific backbone connection is down.

All
core nodes employ SONET networks, which essentially
provides a dual-redundant, counter-rotating ring technology, and
in the event of a fiber cut, the SONET will automatically heal itself.
Circuits are divided among multiple providers.

A
substantial amount of time and money has been invested to guarantee that
support staff is knowledgeable and capable of assisting customers. A
network is only as good as the people who manage it!
The Network Operations Center
is staffed around the clock to ensure optimal performance. Traffic trends
and statistics are monitored continually so that proper routing
adjustments and bandwidth additions may be made as needed.
