●Company Administrator Login  Login for your company administrator to setup accounts, settings, and manage your company settings. This login is only for your company administrator. For regular company users, please use the user link bellow. 
The company administrator is a powerful tool to adminster your organization. Services can be added (such as additional storage, spam filtering and our other services) instantly without contacting us. *Please note that any services added will be added to your account.
●User Login (Mailbox Manager) Login to your mailbox manager to setup your personal settings. Use your company email address and password. The same password you use in OWA or Outlook. 
●Downloading Outlook   Your exchange hosting comes with a complementary copy of MS Outlook 2007 or 2003. To download, login to your Mailbox Manager and click on the link to download. A product key will be sent to your email account. 
●Microsoft OWA  Login to Microsoft Web Based Outlook (OWA). Remember to bookmark this page so that you can access this while traveling.  
●Configuring your desktop copy of Outlook Once you install Microsoft Outlook on your computer, before you open Outlook, login to your mailbox manager to download the setup file. Once this file is ran on your computer it will configure outlook to work with your hosted exchange account. You will need to know your email address (used for exchange hosting) and your password. More details are found in the Mailbox Manager, KB, and userguide.
●Basic Trouble Shooting  Before you setup your hosted exchange, please keep in mind that the following network ports must be open on the computer in order for it to communicate with our exchange server. Contact your system administrator if these ports are blocked:
135, 993, 1225, 1226, 1723, 1228
They can login to the Company Administrator Login and run a connection\diagnostic test located under "Setup". This will help troubleshoot the problem to see if the ports are blocked.
